  • Treatment and management of chronic diseases  such as Hypertension, Diabetes Mellitus, Kidney disease, heart failure, coronary artery disease  and other cardiovascular diseases.

Psychiatric Care

  • medical management and supportive counseling of mental illnesses such as depression, generalized anxiety disorders and other psychiatric disorders.

Pain Management (Consulting Practice):

Doctor Barsoom is highly trained in evaluating painful clinical conditions and disorders. Through consultation and using patient response to standardized questionnaires,  options including medical and/or interventional treatments will be discussed. Interventional treatments include various nerve blocks (neural therapy) and trigger point injections using local anesthetics with or without steroids.

Dr. Barsoom is also experienced in using BOTOX® (OnabotulinumtoxinA) for painful medical conditions including TMJ (Temporo-Mandibular Joint) disorder, neurological disorders with spasticity e.g. cerebral palsy, blepharospasm, and other chronic medical conditions such as chronic whiplash and chronic lower back pain.


Doctor Barsoom accepts referrals submitted by your primary care physician or specialist. Referrals should be submitted to Toronto Headache & Pain Clinic at (416) 699-8843.

Please note that referrals will be evaluated and triaged based on clinical urgency by a clinical team.

Cosmetic BOTOX® (OnabotulinumtoxinA), injectables and LATISSE®:

Dr. Barsoom is highly experienced in administering Cosmetic BOTOX® (OnabotulinumtoxinA) and Fillers. He provides specialized Cosmetic Services including:

  • BOTOX® (OnabotulinumtoxinA) for smoothening of facial expression lines.
  • BOTOX® (OnabotulinumtoxinA) for treatment of excessive sweating (Hyperhydrosis).
  • Saypha® HA fillers (previsouly: Princess®) for the removal of wrinkle lines, augmenting cheeks and naso-labial folds.
  • LATISSE® for lengthening of the eyelashes.
